- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup almond flour
- ⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ cup sugar-free chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease and line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the melted butter, Lakanto Classic Monk Fruit Sweetener, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, sift together the almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined. Don't overmix!
- Fold in the optional sugar-free chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are set and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs (not wet batter).
