Return & Exchange

Effective Date: 1st April, 2024

Return & Exchange Policy:

  1. Timeframe: Return and exchange requests must be submitted within 10 days of receiving your order. 
  2. Condition: Products must be in their original packaging with tags intact. Items without original tags or those that have been used will not be accepted.
  3. Exceptions: Products purchased during sales are non-refundable. However, they can be exchanged if products are damaged or incorrect orders are sent. 
  4. Non-Returnable Items: The following Brand products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  1. Self-Shipping:

We do not offer pickup services for exchanges or returns. If you wish to request an exchange or return, please raise a ticket and send the products to the address provided below to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

  1. Shipping and COD Charges:

Shipping and Cash on Delivery (COD) charges are non-refundable.

  1. Restrictions: After an exchange, you cannot request another exchange. If you wish to return the exchanged item, only a credit note will be issued in the form of a coupon code.

 

  1. Payment: Any difference in amount for an exchange must be paid at the time of the request. Cash on delivery is not available for these orders.
  2. Delivery: Exchange or replacement items will be delivered to the same address as the original order.

 

  1. Product Exchange:For items of higher value, the price difference must be paid; for lower value items, the difference will be refunded as a credit note in the from of a coupon code.
  2. Shipping for Exchanges: Customers are responsible for shipping the items back to us for exchanges. We do not cover reverse shipping costs.

Refund Policy:

  1. Refunds: Please note that we do not offer refunds for any items. All sales are final.
  2. Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately at commerce@globalplugin.com with your Order ID and a snapshot of the defect. We will investigate and provide a credit note or replacement as applicable; refunds are not provided.

International Orders:

  1. Return and Exchange: Currently, we do not offer a return or exchange policy for international orders. For queries, please contact us at commerce@globalplugin.com.
  2. Order Cancellation: Orders cannot be canceled once shipped, and no refund will be provided.
  3. Defective Products: Contact us immediately at commerce@globalplugin.com with your Order ID and a snapshot of the defect. We will provide either a credit note or a refund after investigation; replacements are not offered.
